A Premier Home Builder in Oregon
From Concept to Finishes
Central Oregon's premier design-build firm.
We design and build homes for people who aren't afraid to dream big. Additions, whole-home remodels, and custom new builds, created around the way you live.
One team. Concept to finishes.
Most builders start with someone else's plans. We start with you. We capture your vision, design the space in-house, and take it all the way to stamped plans. We handle the engineering and permits. Then we build a line-by-line budget and schedule, so you know exactly what you're building and what it costs before we break ground.
Once construction starts, our own crew builds it. They aren't subs we met last week. They're craftsmen we trust, led by a superintendent who's on your site. You're involved the whole way, with regular check-ins and one point of contact from the first sketch to the final finish.
We take on fewer projects so we can do each one right.
We're selective about the work we take on. When we commit to your project, it gets our full attention and our name on it.
What We Offer
-
The design portion of any project can make or break a project it is arguably the most important part of any projects is significantly more important than most realize it ultimately saves you money and time.
We handle initial plan drafting and the Permiting process so you don’t have too.
From the initial consultation to the final product, our design team aims to make sure each detail of your project reflects your vision.
-
Once the plan is set, our crew brings it to life. A dedicated superintendent runs your site, you get regular check-ins, and you have one point of contact from the first day of framing to the final finish. We build every project like our name is on it, and as if it were our own home.
-
Our in-house team handles most of the work on your project. When a job calls for a specialist, we bring in local tradespeople we've worked with and trust. They're detail-oriented, they hold our standard, and they're priced fairly. You get the right expert for every part of your home, without us cutting corners to save a dollar.

Michael Schall, Client
“What sets Nathaniel and Brian apart from other contractors is their ability to underpromise and overdeliver. They shattered the typical contractor stereotype by not only meeting but exceeding the standards of delivery and quality.”
Sheridan Echternach, Client
"I would highly recommend Ewing Construction to anyone looking for reliable, skilled professionals who genuinely care about their clients. They turned what could have been a stressful renovation into a smooth and enjoyable process. "
